Patients must show credible proof of his/her personal data during patient admission.
Patients and/or their relatives are obliged to provide full and accurate information about their health status to doctors and nurses in charge of providing medical services.
Following Instructions
Our patients and/or their families are also required to follow the treatment plan recommended by the attending physician, and to accept compliance with the treatment plan by the attending healthcare personnel in accordance with the physician's instructions.
Refusing the treatment plan
Our patients and/or their relatives are solely liable for the outcomes that may arise from refusing the treatment plan prescribed by their physician.

Our patients and/or their relatives are obliged to obey the rules and practices of our medical institution.
Rules And Practices of Our Medical Institution
Visitors are welcome between 07:30-23:00. Visitors are not accepted outside these hours in order to maintain hospital order.
Smoking is forbidden indoors in our hospital.
General etiquette rules shall be observed in order not to disturb other visitors in our hospital (not to speak loudly, etc.).
Showing Respect to Others
Our patients and/or their relatives are obliged to behave in accordance with the necessary regulatory measures to be taken by the hospital in cases of disturbing situations such as noise, visitors, smoke, etc. that endanger the patients and their relatives within the health institution.
Infection Control
Our patients and/or their relatives are obliged to act responsibly towards all the necessary measures to be taken to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
Financial Responsibility
Our patients and/or their relatives are obliged to pay their medical bills. Patients and relatives who intentionally damage fixtures and consumables are legally responsible for compensating for the damage.
Visitors
Our patients and/or their relatives are obliged to accept as few visitors as possible during one time period, not to bring food and beverages, to comply with hospital visiting hours and to keep visits short.
